Jul. 26th, 2010 05:17 pmDear apartment maintenance people who think that stuffing latex gloves into the hole in my a/c closet will stop it from leaking:
No. It will not.
Sincerely,
Apartment 1210.

As Brian pointed out, there's a possibility I'm about to be reaaaally glad I have mandatory renter's insurance.
ETA: I would like to take this time to thank God that the TV was plugged into the top outlet and not the bottom one.

ETA, Jr.: I called the office the second I saw this and they sent a maintenance worker here right away. (Hopefully a different one who is smarter than Latex Glove Man.) I showed him my closet and my wall and he was like "Wow." That's not a good sign. He is currently checking out my upstairs neighbor's a/c. Just in case you were wondering about that :)
