bellapalmeraI was just trying to find an old post and I totally can't find it at all, but it was around the time that my mom was quitting smoking so a lot of my posts were like "my mom is x days smoke-free! yay!" or something. So I realized I needed to update, as well as start a new countup. (Or whatever the opposite of countdown is.)
1)My mom is now three years smoke free! (+ a few months)
2)My dad is 15 days smoke-free himself!!!
I really hope it holds up for my dad. He tried to quit when he got his gall bladder surgery and that didn't work. BUT, he did go watch a football game w/his ~homeboyz~ lol and they are smokers and I'm sure they were all drinking copious amounts of beer but he didn't smoke at all! He's always considered that his big test and he usually fails it so GO MY DAD!!!! :D
