Anyone know why my front page got changed to XColibur when I never told LJ to do that? Grrrr. I changed it back now but I had to dig pretty deep through links to do it AND SINCE THE STUPID PAGE WAS ON XCOLIBUR INSTEAD OF DYSTOPIA I COULDN'T FREAKING FIND ANY OF THEM!#*(!^$*(@^$*(@.

Oh well, all better.

Dude the characters in Narnia have some MAJOR advantages when it comes to war. Centaurs don't have to worry about falling off their horses. Unicorns have an automatic built-in sword. And the whole birds GRYPHONS (thanks Matt) attacking with rocks thing... that's pretty kick ass. (No, I am NOT spoiling the movie. Now if I told you who won the war... that would be spoiling things.) I've seen the movie twice now and I think that the second time I noticed more things about the whole fighting with animals concept. Oh and that one bird PHOENIX (thanks Cheryl) was totally awesome looking until it caught on fire.

Proof that me and my friends are SMRT...

Sarah: It's an otter!
Everyone else: No it's a beaver!

Me: That's the whitest horse I've ever seen.
Jamie: It's a unicorn.
Me: Oh! .......That's the whitest unicorn I've ever seen.

Jeremy: Because tomorrow's Saturday... wait, is today Saturday?
Me: Today's Thursday!

Yeah so we know our animals and our days of the week. Go us!

Sorry to correct you, but there was only one bird in the Narnia battle (although it did give a big advantage). The ones dropping rocks were gryphons - sort of a cross between a lion and an eagle.

And what are eagles? BIRDS! So technically there were (x/2) birds, x being the number of gryphons.

Don't worry about correcting me, I've probably done it in your entries enough times. I owe you that by now :)

(P.S. I just woke up so that sounded rude. Add a winky face at the end of that first sentence!)

The funny thing is, I do remember noticing that they were a cross between some sort of bird and some other animal, I think I thought it was a dog or a horse or something. I haven't read the book since I was 9 anyway (although having seen the movie twice already, I think I should get on that!)

The bird that caught fire is a Phoenix. They're supposed to catch fire like that... from the saying a pheonix rising from the ashes. It was a very good movie! I saw it today!!!!

Man, I really need to read the book... apparently I failed Mythical Animals 101 miserably!
