my friends are dumb

bellapalmeraat least the ones in ct are dumb... if youre not in ct then youre not dumb, although if you are in ct it doesnt nesisarily mean you are dumb
i was going to have a memorial day party which i have every year (i think ive only had 2 or 3 but still) and only 1 person can go. 5 people cant go, and the other 5 havent even responded whether they can or not. not that i said "please tell me if you are going" but its common courtesy. at least none of them know how to get to my house anyway, and if they do and they show up here then tough crap. i'm going to find a way to not be home. if they dont have to tell me whether they're coming, then i don't have to tell them not to show up. grr.
so instead, i was going to have a dinner night @ bennigans with a smaller guest list. there are 2 people i really want to go--danielle and emily. danielle says she can't go, and honestly i think that she will be home from seeing her relatives in time to go, but obviously i can't prove that or anything. i think emily will be able to go depending on her work schedule, but i also don't know the people she works for and such so i can't prove that either. if they can't go then i don't want to do it cause they were at the last bennigans outing and that was so much fun haha. so yeah this really sucks. i can't hang out with my own friends.
(on a side note, notice how i'm the one doing all the work? story of my life. and you wonder why i complain about ct so much.)
in other news, i get to leave this craphole in 5 days. i am sho' excited about that.
